Run the Chevron Houston Marathon or Aramco Houston Half Marathon in support of BBP!

Buffalo Bayou Partnership is excited to be an official 2020 Run for a Reason charity for the Chevron Houston Marathon/Aramco Houston Half Marathon on January 19, 2020. Please join our Team Buffalo Bayou (#runbuffalobayou)! With your help, BBP will continue creating a vibrant waterfront that enriches the lives of Houstonians of all ages. All BBP runners will receive a tech shirt and also be invited to our 2020 sunset cruise along Buffalo Bayou! HOW TO JOIN TEAM BUFFALO BAYOU!
- HERO Entry: HERO entries are available by making a one-time, tax-deductible donation of at least $350 to Buffalo Bayou Partnership, plus the cost of registration ($140 for full marathon and $125 for half marathon). HEROs will receive:
- Custom “HERO” bib
- Pre-race access to private restrooms
- Tech fabric hat and much more!
- Fundraising for Registration: Fundraising for Registration (FFR) gives runners an opportunity to fundraise on behalf of Buffalo Bayou Partnership. Fundraisers commit to raise a minimum of $500 to secure a guaranteed race entry as well as BBP swag!
- We are Houston 5K: You can also fundraise for registration for the We are Houston 5K on January 18th by committing to raise a minimum of $250.
- Support Team BBP: Make a general donation or support a specific runner.
- Become a Sidewalk Squad Donor: Align your company with a longstanding Houston tradition and help raise funds for BBP! Contact Leigh McBurnett for more information.
