Allen Parkway Reconstruction
The Downtown Redevelopment Authority has begun work on Allen Parkway to convert the thoroughfare to a safer bayou drive, improve pedestrian access to and from adjacent neighborhoods, and provide additional parking along Buffalo Bayou Park.
